Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 October 2026
1. Introduction
Stronger Marketing ("we", "us", "our") is committed to protecting your personal data and your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect personal data when you visit our website, use our services, or interact with the AI voice and live chat tools we build for our clients.
We are the data controller for personal data collected through our own website and for the business data of our clients. Where we build AI voice, live chat or CRM tools for a client, that client is the data controller of the personal data of their own customers; we act as a data processor on their instructions.
This policy is written in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. If you have any questions, contact us at hi@strongermarketing.uk or on 07415 875562.
2. Who we are
Stronger Marketing is a UK-based marketing and website services business based in Manchester, M22. For the purposes of data protection law, our contact details are:
- Email: hi@strongermarketing.uk
- Phone: 07415 875562
- Address: Manchester, M22, United Kingdom
- Company number: [to be inserted if applicable]
We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer, but we are responsible for data protection compliance and can be reached at the email above for any data protection query.
3. What personal data we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect:
- Contact details — name, email address, phone number, company name and website, provided via our contact form or by email.
- Enquiry details — the message or request you send us, and the service you're interested in.
- Technical data — IP address, browser type, device information and pages visited, collected via cookies and analytics.
- AI voice & live chat data — when you interact with an AI voice or chat tool we operate for a client, the conversation, any details you share (name, number, requirements) and call/chat metadata may be captured and logged.
- Client business data — account and access information needed to build, host and maintain your website and integrations.
4. How we collect it
- Directly from you — when you fill in our contact form, email us, or speak to us (including via AI voice or live chat).
- Automatically — via cookies and analytics when you visit our website.
- From our clients — where a client provides us with access or information needed to deliver their project.
5. Purposes & lawful basis
We use personal data for the following purposes, on these lawful bases:
- To respond to enquiries and provide quotes — contract (taking steps before a contract) and legitimate interests.
- To deliver our website, AI voice, live chat and automation services — contract and, where we process a client's customer data on their behalf, compliance with a legal obligation and the client's instructions.
- To send relevant marketing about our services — consent or legitimate interests. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us.
- To keep our website secure and improve it — legitimate interests.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations — legal obligation.
6. AI voice calls & live chat
The AI voice and live chat tools we build can capture personal data from people who contact our clients — for example a caller's name, phone number and the reason for their enquiry. Where we operate these tools on a client's behalf, the client is the data controller and is responsible for telling their customers how their data is used. We process that data only as a processor, on the client's documented instructions, and log it to the CRM the client has chosen.
Conversations may be transcribed or summarised to populate CRM records and notify the business owner. We do not use personal data captured this way to train generic public AI models. Where a third-party AI provider is used, that provider's terms and data handling apply, and we select reputable providers that offer appropriate safeguards.
7. Cookies & analytics
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to understand how the site is used and to measure performance. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how the site works.
We may use analytics tools that collect technical data about your visit. Where these tools transfer data outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK International Data Transfer Addenda.
8. Sharing & recipients
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary, with:
- Service providers — hosting, CRM, email, SMS, telephony and AI providers we use to deliver our services and the tools we build for clients.
- Our clients — where you contact a client through an AI voice or chat tool we operate, your enquiry details are shared with that client.
- Professional advisers — accountants or legal advisers where needed.
- Authorities — where we are legally required to do so.
All processors act on our (or our client's) instructions and under appropriate contractual safeguards.
9. International transfers
Some of our service providers may process data outside the UK. Where this happens, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place, such as UK International Data Transfer Addenda, adequacy regulations, or other lawful transfer mechanisms under the UK GDPR.
10. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy or to meet legal, tax or accounting requirements. Enquiry data is typically retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is needed. Client project data is retained for the life of the engagement and a reasonable period afterwards, then deleted or returned.
11. Your rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Be informed about how we use your data (this policy).
- Access the personal data we hold about you.
- Have inaccurate data corrected.
- Have personal data erased in certain circumstances.
- Restrict or object to processing.
- Receive your data in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent at any time (where we rely on consent).
- Lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
To exercise any of these rights, email hi@strongermarketing.uk. We respond within one month and may ask for information to confirm your identity.
12. Children
Our services are aimed at businesses, and our website is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will delete it.
13. Marketing
Where we send marketing communications, we only do so with your consent or where we have a legitimate interest and you have not opted out. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in our emails or by contacting us.
14. Security
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data, including access controls, encryption in transit and secure provider infrastructure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
