Website Terms and Terms of Service

Last updated: 23 October 2026

1. About these terms

These terms apply to use of the Stronger Marketing website and, where relevant, to services we provide. Stronger Marketing is a marketing agency based in Manchester, England. For enquiries, contact dan@strongermarketing.uk.

A specific project or service is governed by the proposal, order or written agreement accepted by both parties. That agreement takes priority over these general terms where they conflict. It should set out the scope, deliverables, timetable, fees, payment schedule and any service-specific conditions; these terms do not invent or replace those agreed details.

2. Services and client responsibilities

Our services may include website design and development for small businesses, local SEO and AI search visibility work, CRM setup and marketing automation, and email and SMS marketing. We will use reasonable care and skill and provide the work described in the applicable written agreement. You must provide accurate information, materials, decisions and approvals in a timely way, and ensure you have rights to materials you ask us to use. You remain responsible for the accuracy and legality of your business claims, customer data, offers, marketing lists and final approvals.

3. Fees, changes and cancellation

Fees, payment dates, included revisions, expenses, cancellation rights and any applicable refunds are as stated in the accepted written agreement and applicable law. Changes to scope may affect fees and timing and should be agreed in writing before extra work begins. Nothing in these terms excludes statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

4. Intellectual property and third-party services

Each party retains rights in materials it owned before a project. Ownership or permitted use of project deliverables, content and source materials will be set out in the applicable written agreement. Third-party platforms, software, hosting, domains, advertising channels and communication networks may be subject to their own terms, charges, availability and technical limits. We are not responsible for interruptions or changes outside our reasonable control, but will take reasonable steps within the agreed scope to assist.

5. SEO, marketing and results

Search rankings, AI-generated search visibility, website traffic, enquiries, sales, deliverability and campaign performance depend on factors outside our control. We do not guarantee a particular ranking, number of leads, revenue, response rate or delivery outcome. Any targets or reporting commitments must be expressly stated in the written agreement. You are responsible for ensuring that your marketing, data collection and communications comply with applicable law and that any required notices and consents are in place.

6. Website use and liability

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt its operation or use it unlawfully. Website content is provided for general information and may change. To the extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Any other liability allocation for services must be set out in the applicable written agreement and remain subject to mandatory consumer protections.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales will have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights you have as a consumer.
