Privacy Policy
Last updated: 23 October 2026
1. Who we are
Stronger Marketing is the controller of personal data collected through this website and in connection with enquiries about our services. We are based in Manchester, England. To contact us about privacy, email dan@strongermarketing.uk.
When we provide CRM, website, automation or marketing services to a client, that client may be the controller of its customers’ data and Stronger Marketing may process that data only on the client’s documented instructions. This policy concerns Stronger Marketing’s own website and business activities.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you interact with us, we may collect your name, business and contact details, information you enter into an enquiry form, messages and information you choose to share through the website chat widget, and records of our communications. Our website and service providers may also collect technical information such as device, browser, pages visited, approximate location derived from network information, and cookie or similar technology data. Please do not submit sensitive personal information through a form or chat unless we request it and explain why.
3. How and why we use it
We use information to respond to enquiries, prepare proposals, provide and administer agreed services, maintain and secure the website, keep business records, and meet legal obligations. We rely on steps taken at your request before a contract and performance of a contract where relevant; legitimate interests for responding to business enquiries, operating and protecting our business, and improving our services; and legal obligation where required. We rely on consent for optional marketing and non-essential cookies or similar technologies where required.
We send email or SMS marketing only where we have a lawful basis and, where required, your prior consent. You can withdraw consent or unsubscribe at any time using the message instructions or by contacting us. A service or enquiry response is not marketing consent.
4. Chat, forms, cookies and sharing
Information submitted through forms or chat may be used to respond to you and, where appropriate, create or update a lead record in our customer relationship management system. Chat messages may be stored with the related enquiry so we can follow up. Essential technologies may be needed for the site to work. Optional analytics or advertising cookies should be used only with consent where the law requires it; you can change cookie choices through the controls presented on the site, if available.
We may share data with service providers that host or support our website, CRM, communications, analytics or security, and with professional advisers or public authorities where necessary. Providers are permitted to process personal data for the relevant purpose and subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data. If data is transferred outside the UK, we will use a lawful transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards where required.
5. Retention and security
We keep personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including handling enquiries, providing services, resolving disputes and meeting legal or accounting obligations. Retention depends on the nature of the information and our relationship with you. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Your rights and complaints
Subject to applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, erase or restrict your personal data, object to certain processing, request portability, or withdraw consent. Contact us at dan@strongermarketing.uk. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. We do not intend to make decisions about you solely by automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.
7. Changes
We may update this policy when our practices or legal requirements change. The latest version will be posted on this page with its update date.
